Dawn’s philosophy on beautiful skin for life!!
Wrinkled, sagging skin is NOT the inevitable result of growing older. It’s a disease that you can fight! You can look your best, feel your best, and enjoy beautiful skin and optimum health every day of your life provided you start right now. The good news for you is that most likely you don’t need invasive plastic surgery to achieve beautiful skin. In our practice, we use cosmeceuticals to treat a variety of skin problems from acne, uneven pigment, dark circles, poor skin tone, fine lines, sagging skin, and loss of radiance, problems that often come with age.
Beautiful skin on the outside begins with good health on the inside. You can start working wonders for your skin by consuming water. While drinking water won’t actually moisturize your skin, it will help your internal organs function properly, which affects your skin’s health and beauty. Staying hydrated helps minimize the appearance of fine wrinkles and leaves you with a younger, healthier appearance. Drinking about 8 glasses of water each day helps to keep your body hydrated. Finally, your skin is a reflection of all that occurs internally like not getting sufficient restful sleep, smoking, stress, consuming excessive amounts of alcohol, and not having a healthy diet. Essential supplements that aid in the appearance of healthy skin like Vitamins A, C, and E are important factors in your daily diet.
